When purchasing goods from The GameFarm Co., customers are entitled to assume:

The products are fit for their intended purposes.

The products purchased are of satisfactory quality.

The products correspond to any written description that may be applied to them.

The products are durable and safe

The products will be delivered without damage and well packaged.

Our products are covered by a 30-day fault warranty unless otherwise stated as for ‘parts or repair only’. If your item becomes faulty with normal use as the item was intended for within 30 days of delivery, you may contact us for a replacement, refund or repair. We do not provide refunds for change of mind unfortunately.
